"Brædtet" / Market Stall

The Bræt (Market Stall) is the place where hunters and fishermen can sell their catch. Everyone is allowed to purchase Greenlandic raw products at the Bræt. The available products vary according to the seasons and hunting periods.

The municipality is responsible for ensuring that the operation and hygiene meet legal standards. The veterinary authorities do not inspect meat sold at the Bræt.
