Med udsigt til fortiden i Maniitsoq
Fra uge 38 kan du opleve noget nyt i Maniitsoq. Rundt omkring i byen og i landskabet bliver ni store billedrammer placeret, der indrammer udsigter, som også tidligere er blevet indfanget af kunstnere og fotografer.
Udstillingen varer fra september til slut oktober i samarbejde med Maniitsoq Museum. Ved rammerne kan du via QR-koder se de historiske billeder.
”Udsigt til fortiden” har tidligere været vist i Sisimiut og Nanortalik, og efter Maniitsoq rejser udstillingen videre til Paamiut.

With a View to the Past in Maniitsoq
Starting in week 38, something new will appear in Maniitsoq. Across the town and surrounding landscape, nine large frames will be placed, each capturing a view that has also been framed in the past – either on canvas by artists or through the lens of photographers.
The exhibition runs from September to the end of October in collaboration with Maniitsoq Museum. QR codes at each frame will provide access to the historical images.
With a View to the Past has already been shown in Sisimiut and Nanortalik. After Maniitsoq, the exhibition continues to Paamiut.
