 GENERAL ASSEMBLY:

The union Arctic Sounds will hold its yearly general assembly.
When: Wednesday, november 26th, at 4:30pm
Where: Serravik - ART (Nalunnguarfimmut 7a - new music school behind Taseralik. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and go to the room at the end of the hallway)

It will be possible to follow the meeting on Zoom.

Agenda:
1. Approval of general assembly
2. Election of conductor
3. The Board's report
4. Accounts from the past year for approval
5. Determination of subscription
6. Election of board members and deputies
7. Processing of incoming proposals
8. Other

If you have been a volunteer for the past festival, you are automatically a member of the association.

If you are not a member of the association, you can join at the beginning of the meeting.

Suggestions for the agenda can be sent to info@arcticsounds.gl no later than 1 day prior to the general assembly.

Sted: Serravik - ART (Nalunnguarfimmut 7a - ny musikskole bagved Taseralik. Tag elevatoren til 3. sal og gå ned for enden af gangen).

Det vil være muligt at deltage i generalforsamlingen virtuelt over Zoom.

Dagsorden:
1. Godkendelse af generalforsamling
2. Valg af dirigent
3. Bestyrelsens beretning
4. Regnskab fra det forløbne år til godkendelse
5. Fastsættelse af kontingent
6. Valg af bestyrelsesmedlemmer og suppleanter
7. Behandling af indkomne forslag
8. Eventuelt

Hvis man har været frivillig til den sidste festival er man automatisk medlem af foreningen.

Hvis man ikke er medlem af foreningen kan man melde sig ind i starten af generalforsamlingen.
